Do you see cat litter or cat poo on these floors or surfaces?

Even keeping in mind that photographs can be deceiving, I think any poo or litter on these floors or surfaces would be obvious. There are bags of cat litter on the floor in one of the photos. There are empty bags of cat litter in other photos. Other articles show these areas cleaned up and address whether this is an unhealthy environment. For now, we need to focus on whether this state government employee, whose salary is paid for with a portion of your hard-earned money, is truthful in her dealings with the public.
