This page features cats who have not been returned by the state despite a Judge's order. Some of these cats have been with me for thirteen, eleven and seven years. Some of them are very closely bonded to me. I did not fight for them for a year to let them continue to be misunderstood and mistreated. I will not stop until I find them. If you have any information on the whereabouts of these cats, please contact me or the authorities.

Adorable (state ID C51)

Adorable is an intact female. She was just three months old when she was taken. She will now be over a year old. I spent weeks of sleepless nights keeping this kitten alive. The state has already stolen time I cannot get back with this cat and they continue to steal more.

Aodghan

Aodghan (state ID C64)

Aodghan is an intact male and two years old. He has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia that affects his motor skills and balance causing tremors and clumsiness. His cerebellar hypoplasia is very mild, but will become noticable when he is scared. In the hands of the state, he was described as feral and medical records describe his tremors as severe and that he can't be picked up. He is not feral. He loves attention and cuddling. He is just scared. Keeping him in a situation where his tremors are severe and he can't even be picked up is cruel.

Beebs

Beebs (state ID C58)

Beebs is an intact female and three years old and has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia that affects her motor skills and balance causing tremors and clumsiness. She experiences mild tremors almost all the time, has a sway when she walks and slightly splayed front legs. She eats only Friskies pate canned food. She answers to her name and comes when she's called. Her condition will become more pronounced when she is scared as noted in the video taken while in custody. Her medical records also indicate extreme distress as she lost control of a leg, was urinating on herself and a veterinarian recommended ending her life. This cat's life was never in jeopardy until the state took her. Keeping her away from her safe place and person is cruel.

Boo is a neutered male and eight years old. He is white with gray spots and has a small cloudy spot on his right eye. This cat is extremely bonded to me and keeping him away from me is cruel to both of us.

Bud

Bud (state ID C52)

Bud is a neutered male I found abandoned in the barn, raised on a bottle and have had for thirteen years. He is a really big cat, has polydactyly on all four paws and a misshapen right ear. His medical record in custody noted him as depressed. He prefers to drink from the running kitchen faucet. He was the boss of this place. Bud always garned comments from people due to his size. Of course someone would want to steal this really big cat.

Elan

Elan (state ID C75)

Elan is an intact female and two years old. Both of her eyes are cloudy. She is named after one of my aunts. The state says she has an illness that requires continual care. She didn't require continual care until the state took her, so I'd sure like to get a second opinion before the state kills her too.

Ellie

Ellie (state ID C29)

Ellie is an intact female and two years old. She is an extremely sweet and affectionate cat.

FeralGray
Feral Gray State Shelter Photo, 2/4/20

Feral Gray (state ID C60)

This gray cat was a feral kitten captured in the barn. This cat's records were always mixed up with other records, so I can't even tell you if it's a male or female.

GracieA

Gracie's Kitten A (state ID C71A)

This cat was labeled 71A by the state. She was just a few days old when taken. She is now over a year old.

Hopper
Hopper State Shelter Photo, 2/4/20

Hopper (state ID C13)

Hopper is a neutered male and four years old. He is a really sweet cat, mostly blind, has a misshapen left ear and a slight head tilt. He is well socialized and is attention-seeking. He needs to be home where his visual disability has no affect on his quality of life because he knows his own territory. It was incredibly cruel to take this cat from a home he knows and force him to adapt to all sorts of new places.

Ina

Ziggy
Ziggy State Shelter Photo, 2/4/20

Ziggy (state ID C55)

Ziggy is a neutered male and seven years old. He has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia that was diagnosed by a veterinarian when he was a kitten. It is a condition that affects his motor skills and balance causing tremors and clumsiness. His condition is extremely mild and not noticeable at home. When he is nervous, scared or sick, however, it becomes quite exacerbated as seen in the shelter video below. It can take years for these cats' systems to adapt to their condition. It is incredibly cruel to force a cat with this condition into a situation where they have to adapt all over again.
