Disputed statement: "There were several litter boxes present throughout the house, but most were full or almost full of excrement."

Several means more than two but not many. I hope we can all agree that several does not accurately describe this number of litter boxes. Plus there are more that were not photographed on that day. Keep in mind many of the boxes themselves have been in use for many years, some for over 10 years, and the house is old and worn as well, but it is not unhealthy or even unsanitary. Remember, it was in the humanely-clean state-approved shelter where my cats picked up the unhealthy Giardia organism. I use a clay litter, so urine does not clump for removal, but sinks to the bottom. The solid waste is removed regularly. The entire box is emptied weekly. On this morning, instead of cleaning out litter boxes, I was trapped outside where men with guns stood over me. But our focus here is the accuracy of statements made by a state employee. I hope everyone can see these boxes are not even close to almost full and in fact some are completely empty of poo. Perhaps Fiske meant to say most were empty or almost empty of excrement.
