High-Class Genetics

Here we are on the dairy farm where modern cows bear little resemblance to their ancestors domesticated by ancient man. Dairy cows, as opposed to plain old cows, are special because they produce higher than average amounts of milk. They come in a couple of different breeds. You might be most familiar with the black and white spotted Holstein. Some dairy cows are very fancy and they have every right to be since they are genetically superior females. They are mated to genetically superior males and produce genetically superior offspring. Like the queens that they are, they are pampered and fussed over every day of their lives. That's high class genetics!
